At Cross and Crown Athletics, each piece is made-to-order, crafted especially for you. Because of this, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges.
Wrong or Damaged Items
If you receive an item that’s incorrect or damaged, please reach out to us within 7 days of receiving it. To resolve the issue quickly, we’ll need a photo of the item as proof. Once we are able to verify the issue, we’ll gladly arrange a replacement.

Cancellations
Due to the fast processing and custom nature of our items, we’re generally unable to accommodate cancellations once an order is placed. Since each item is made to order and we don’t keep inventory, we encourage you to double-check your order details to ensure everything is correct. Each piece from Cross and Crown is crafted with purpose and care, and we hope it brings you the same sense of purpose that we pour into creating it for you.

Reporting Quality Concerns
If you have any quality concerns, please reach out to us within 15 days of receiving your product. Using the “delivered date” from mail tracking, we’ll review your concern and work with you to make it right. Depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement, refund, or future discount, and we may ask for the item to be returned.

This policy applies only to items purchased directly from Cross and Crown Athletics through our Web site. Unfortunately, we cannot cover items bought from third-party retailers.
