At Cross and Crown Athletics, we’re committed to getting your order to you as quickly and efficiently as possible. Here’s what you can expect from our fulfillment and shipping process:

Fulfillment Timeline

Most orders take 1-2 weeks to fulfill, but frequently are ahead of schedule. While we strive to maintain these timelines, please note that production delays or material shortages may occasionally affect fulfillment. If there’s an anticipated delay with your order, we’ll reach out via e-mail to provide updates and alternative solutions. Your flexibility and understanding mean a lot to us!

Made-to-Order Clothing

Each Cross and Crown item is made specifically for you when you place your order. We don’t keep excess inventory, which allows us to focus on creating each piece with care. Our on-demand approach also helps us minimize waste, aligning with our commitment to thoughtful, responsible production. Whether it’s a shirt, hoodie, or accessory, your order is crafted just for you.

Order Tracking

Lost or Stolen Package Policy

We’re truly sorry to hear that your order hasn’t arrived. We know how disappointing this is and are here to help resolve it. Please review the guidelines below based on your tracking status.

Orders Still In Transit

If tracking shows that your order is still “in transit” beyond a reasonable timeframe, we will assess whether a replacement or reimbursement is possible. In some cases, we may ask for your patience as we work with the shipping carrier to locate your package or file an insurance claim. For claims, the carrier may require you to fill out a form to certify that the product hasn’t been received. Once the search and/or claim process is complete, we’ll take the appropriate action to get this resolved for you.

We kindly ask that all lost-in-transit reports be made within 90 days of the shipping date. Unfortunately, after 90 days, we’re unable to provide replacements or reimbursements. Please also note that carriers may recycle tracking numbers after a certain period, which can limit our ability to track and resolve issues beyond that window.

Packages Marked as Delivered

If tracking indicates that your package was delivered but you haven’t received it, we recommend the following steps:

  1. Check with Neighbors and Household Members: Often, packages are left with neighbors or nearby locations.
  2. Contact Your Local Post Office: Request the GPS coordinates for the “delivered” scan to determine the exact delivery location.

If the package was incorrectly delivered, please ask USPS for a letter confirming this error and submit it to us within 30 days of the delivery date. This documentation will help us proceed with a replacement or reimbursement. If the package was correctly delivered and may have been stolen, we recommend contacting your local police department to report mail theft, as this is unfortunately beyond our control.

  • Secure Delivery Location: To reduce the risk of theft, consider having your order delivered to a secure location.
  • Accurate Address Information: Ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate to prevent delivery issues.
